الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ وَالصَّلاةُ وَالسَّلامُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ
أما بعدُ:
Shaykh al-Fawzan - may Allah protect him-said:if you could advise them, and make it clear to them, do it, may Allah guides whom He wills of them to the right path.
If your advice it doesn't resonate with them, or you can't advise them, then better you should walk away from them, and leave them behind, desert them and turn away for your safety's sake.
It's not your duty to report about(1) khawarij activity -in that state – to those who are more wicked and evil than them; Unbelievers governors.

why?
Because:Khawarij one of Deviant Groups ,and
Mufaddal Ibn Muhalhal – rahimahu Allah – said : if they throw their invention (bid’ah) on your heart, and your heart absorbs it,than tell me what makes you so sure that the invention (bid’ah) will leave your heart ?! And when your heart will recover and heal from that invention (bid’ah)!?.
